VICE-CHAIR
Duties
– Facilitate Reimbursements
– Organize Leader Orientation retreat
– Coordinate presentations/speaker sessions
– Support Co-Chairs and Executive Team as needed
– Communicate with outside companies
Qualifications
– Familiar with FROSH and its purpose
– Strong organization and leadership skills
– Teamwork experience
– Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
– Self-motivated
VP EXTERNAL
Duties
– Organize lead sponsorship
– Coordinate delegate bags
– Manage hotel relations
– Organize the clubs fair
Qualifications
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Very organized and professional in emails
– Experience in corporate relations is an asset
VP LOGISTICS
Duties
– Coordinate weekend schedule and bus schedule
– Responsible for hotel room allocation and food catering
Qualifications
– Very organized (emails, spreadsheets, lists etc.)
– Strong communication skills with external organizations
– Fine attention to detail
– Able to work and excel in a team environment
VP LIAISON
Duties
– Communicate with Frosh Leaders and Froshees
– Organize and oversee Froshee registration, coordinate volunteers
– Coordinate name tags
– Organize FROSH teams
Qualifications
– Very organized (emails, spreadsheets, lists etc.)
– Professional email etiquette and correspondence that clearly conveys information while demonstrating the fun-loving and friendly Sauder spirit
– Self-motivated
– Fine attention to detail
VP DAY EVENTS
May apply alone or as a team of two.
Duties
– Secure venue(s)/book rooms
– Organize day event activities and schedules
– Coordinate event supplies, train volunteers
– Negotiate outdoor permits,
Qualifications
– Very organized
– Creative and able to come up with fun & great ideas on the spot
– Experience in leading a team
– Fine attention to detail
– Have access to a car
VP NIGHT EVENTS
Duties
– Secure venue(s)
– Organize night event themes and schedules
– Train and mentor the volunteers
– Hire security
– Responsible to hire DJs
Qualifications
– Extremely organized
– Professional and responsible
– Previous experience in event organizations
– Strong communication skills with external organizations
VP MARKETING
Duties
– Establish FROSH as a brand
– Design website
– Design t-shirts
– Promotions and marketing material
– Assist with presentation media
– Coordinate visual media volunteers
Qualifications
– Experience in website design and building
– Experience in graphic design
– Creativity and self-motivated
– Must be able to work within a team
Candidates for VP Marketing position may submit a portfolio prior to the interview.
