Since the competition is Canada wide, in order to inform as many students as possible about Focus 2040, each school has the opportunity to select a, or more than one, Campus Ambassador who will act as a liaison between the Focus 2040 executive team and their respective school. The Campus Ambassador is in charge of promoting Focus 2040 to your school’s students, stressing the fact that both undergraduate and graduate students from ALL faculties can participate. Campus Ambassadors would be responsible for speaking in classes, setting up booths during Welcome Week/in student centres, basically promoting the competition to the students by all means possible. There is a monetary reward for the top 3 campus ambassadors, with first place being $500. In Addition the top 3 Campus Representatives each will receive INTERVIEW TO INTERNSHIPS with our sponsors and each will receive a free ticket to the Closing Ceremonies event in Hamilton. We are looking for campus ambassadors that are energetic, proactive and motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial flair. Someone who enjoys working as a team to accomplish a larger goalwell-connected on their campuses or have a desire to network.
