What is the Commerce Mentorship Program (CMP)?
CMP is a volunteer organization committed to improving the academic and social lives of first- and second-year Sauder students. In addition to matching new students with senior students through our mentor program, we hold group tutorials for junior Commerce courses, provide academic advising, and host fun-filled events. In short, the CMP is a network of students helping students.

- gain great work experience
- practice and sharpen critical thinking skills and presentation skills, which are valuable to any career.
References will be available to tutors upon successful completion of the term. The position pays $25 per hour.
What are the qualifications?
We are looking for people who are passionate about the subject they would be tutoring, and who want their fellow commerce students to understand the subject and be able to achieve their best.
As such, you must have a minimum of 80% in the subject, a passion for helping others, and good communication skills.Tutor training will be provided to those that are selected to be tutors.
