Do you think you have what it takes to compete with some of the best minds from across the country and abroad? The Manitoba International Marketing Competition (MIMC) offers students a unique, three-in-one experience involving management simulation, boardroom presentation, and case competition. You will be challenged to exercise your analytical, decision making, and leadership skills during the simulation round, where you will be in charge of a company in a perfectly competitive industry. Teams with the best performance will move on to the final round to compete in a case competition, for a grand prize online casinos of $4,000.
We are looking for students from all disciplines with the ability to analyze financial statements and market data to gain useful information for decision making, and are available between and including the 9th and 13th of January.
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by noon on Thursday, October 4th, and interviews will be held on the 4th and 5th of October.
MIMC participants will receive subsidies covering up to two-thirds of reasonable travel costs and accommodations from the Dean”s Office and the Commerce Undergraduate Society.
