We value health and wellness at Sauder Sports. We believe that in order for our peers and selves to succeed, we need balance and we need support. Furthermore, we believe participating in sports and fitness promotes success. Through the physical activities we provide at Sauder Sports, students are able to take care of both their physical and mental well being while also creating a connection to their Sauder community. We are committed to creating a meaningful university experience for students, an inclusive environment and positive culture.
We are aiming to have 2-3 hikes in the fall as well as kayaking/ paddle boarding event and yoga classes. After Christmas we will likely have snowshoeing, volleyball, footsall and basketball tournaments and bike the seawall.
